Got no equipment? No Problem.
You can still get a highly effective workout with limited to no equipment, I know not everyone has a full set of dumbbells at home.
So I wanted to create a programme where you can get fitter, stronger and move better with just the use of your bodyweight and a couple of resistance bands. Whether you’re short on time, lacking access to gym equipment, or simply prefer the convenience of exercising in the comfort of your own space, this workout routine has got you covered.
In this session you will just need a loop resistance band. I have put some links below for where you can get those as they are relatively cheap and you can add so much variety to your workouts with these.

It’s perfect if you are just getting started with home workouts or new to fitness, or if you are taking a break from lifting heavier in the gym.
It’s also great to use this if you are feeling lower energy and just want a workout that will still get results but is moving at a little lower intensity. It’s also low impact so there is no jumping around if you want a workout that is a little more gentle on the joints.
