So to help you out, here is one of my favourite sequences to help you improve your upper body strength. This is a tough one, so I suggest starting with just going for two times through, then build up to eventually being able to do all 5 rounds.
Start with where you are at, try implementing this session in at least once a week. You will not only start to see a real gain in strength, but also more toned and defined arms!!
