Whilst movement and workouts are an important part of your weight loss journey, you must also know that it will only make an impact and change your body shape when combined with changes in your eating habits and behaviours too.
For most people, this can feel scary, but small changes to your nutrition can lead to big changes with your body and no you don’t have to give up everything that you love.
- Drink more water
- Add more vegetables to your meals
- Prioritise protein eating protein with most meals
- Keep a check on snacking
These are some of the very basics. But with some simple tweaks to your eating habits and also lifestyle, such as making sure you are getting enough sleep will help you to see changes start to take place.
