If you’ve ever scrolled through Instagram or YouTube and been hit with ads promising “the lazy way to lose weight,” chances are you’ve come across Happy Mammoth’s Ultimate Weight Loss Protocol 3.0.
As someone who’s always curious — and a little sceptical — about products that claim to balance hormones, support metabolism, and help women lose weight effortlessly, I decided to test it for myself.
I’m a 42-year-old health and fitness coach, and while I train regularly and eat well most of the time, I also have PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome), which makes maintaining my weight and energy levels an ongoing challenge.
So, after having a positive experience with a couple of other Happy Mammoth products in the past, I used some referral vouchers to try their full Ultimate Weight Loss Protocol 3.0 and give you my honest thoughts and results after 90 days.

What Is the Happy Mammoth Ultimate Weight Loss Protocol?
The Ultimate Weight Loss Protocol 3.0 is a supplement bundle that combines three of Happy Mammoth’s key products:
- Ultimate Weight Loss Support
- Ultimate Glucose Support
- Hormone Harmony
Together, they’re designed to:
✅ Support hormonal balance
✅ Stabilise blood sugar and reduce cravings
✅ Improve metabolic flexibility
✅ Promote better sleep and mood
Essentially, the protocol focuses on fixing the internal drivers of weight gain — hormones, stress, and gut health — rather than just calorie restriction or heavy training.
Happy Mammoth markets this as “the lazy way to lose weight,” which personally makes me cringe a little. I get what they’re saying — that it should feel easier once your hormones are in check — but there’s still effort involved. Supplements can help, but they’re not magic.

How It’s Supposed to Work
This trio targets three key areas that impact weight and energy, especially for women in midlife or with PCOS:
- Hormonal Balance — Helps regulate hormones like insulin (blood sugar), cortisol (stress), and leptin (hunger). When these are out of balance, you can feel constantly hungry or fatigued.
- Metabolic Flexibility — Supports your body’s ability to switch between burning carbs and fat efficiently, instead of getting “stuck” in fat-storage mode.
- Gut Health — The formulas include probiotics, prebiotics, and plant compounds to help reduce bloating, support digestion, and improve nutrient absorption.
When your hormones, metabolism, and gut are working together, everything — from appetite control to sleep to mood — tends to fall more naturally into place.
Why I Tried It
As a 42-year-old woman with PCOS, I’m basically the poster girl for stubborn midlife metabolism. I know how to eat well, I train consistently, and yet my body doesn’t always respond the way it “should.”
So I figured — if this product claims to help support hormone health and metabolism, it’s worth putting to the test. I also liked that I’d had good experiences with other Happy Mammoth products like:

👉 Complete Belly Reset Review
I took the full protocol for around 12 weeks — roughly two full rounds of the 3.0 program — while also doing the Stacy Sims Power Happens training plan, a structured 12-week fitness protocol focused on strength and endurance.
I didn’t change my diet significantly (I generally eat 80/20 and don’t track macros strictly), so this review really reflects how my body responded with supplements added to my existing lifestyle.
What’s in the Box: The Three Products
Here’s what each supplement is designed to do:
🩷 Hormone Harmony
A blend of herbs like Ashwagandha, DIM, and Rhodiola to help reduce stress, support oestrogen balance, and improve sleep and mood.
💛 Ultimate Weight Loss Support
Targets fat metabolism and digestion with probiotics and natural extracts that help support fat oxidation and reduce bloating.
💚 Ultimate Glucose Support
Includes ingredients like berberine and cinnamon extract to support healthy blood sugar levels and reduce cravings and energy crashes.
I also used the Complete Gut Repair alongside this (which I’ll review separately soon), as gut health is a huge part of hormonal balance too.
How I Took Them
Here’s how I used them daily:
- Morning: Ultimate Weight Loss Support with breakfast
- Lunchtime: Ultimate Glucose Support with my meal
- Evening: Hormone Harmony with dinner
That means remembering to take three supplements at three different times — not the easiest if you’re out and about, but manageable if you work from home like me.
My Honest 90-Day Results
Over 12 weeks, I lost 4 lbs.
Now, that might not sound dramatic — but keep in mind, I wasn’t dieting, tracking, or restricting. For someone with PCOS who often finds weight refuses to budge, that’s a meaningful result. PLUS I was also training and so I feel that the scale loss isn’t a true representation of the fat loss.

More importantly, I noticed some major non-scale wins:
1. My Hunger Felt Under Control
Normally, I’m hungry all the time — even after eating balanced meals. Within a couple of weeks, that feeling had eased. I wasn’t getting shaky or having sudden cravings, which made it far easier to make better food choices naturally.
2. My Sleep Improved Dramatically
I’ve taken Hormone Harmony before and always noticed this. My sleep is usually quite disrupted — waking in the night and struggling to drift off again — but while on this protocol, I slept deeply and woke up energised.
When sleep improves, everything improves: workouts, mood, and even food decisions.
My Menstrual Cycle Returned After 2 Years
This one was huge. After two years without a period (thanks to PCOS), my menstrual cycle returned around the 10–11 week mark.
Having a regular cycle is one of the biggest indicators of hormonal health, so for me, this was a massive personal win. It’s not something I expected — and it’s not a guarantee for everyone — but it shows that my body was finding better balance.
4. Energy & Mood Felt More Stable
I just felt calmer and more focused. I wasn’t wired or jittery, and I had more consistent energy throughout the day — even while juggling kids, work, and training.
What I Loved
✅ Noticeable improvements in hunger control and cravings
✅ Deeper, more restorative sleep
✅ Better energy and mood stability
✅ Feeling calmer and more hormonally balanced
✅ My cycle returning — huge personal health marker
Things to Consider
⚡️ It’s expensive — The quality is there, but the price is high.
⚡️ It requires consistency — You need to remember to take 3 different capsules at 3 separate times daily.
⚡️ It’s not a quick fix — You still need to support it with good nutrition, exercise, and sleep.
I also wish the marketing didn’t lean so heavily on the “lazy way to lose weight” messaging. For women trying to make real health changes, that kind of copy can be misleading.
Supplements can support your journey, but they’re not the whole story — and I think it’s important to be honest about that.
Is the Happy Mammoth Weight Loss Protocol Worth It?
If you’re looking for a supplement that supports hormonal balance, metabolism, and overall wellbeing, and you’re already doing most of the right things, then yes — this could be worth a try.
If you’re expecting to drop two dress sizes without changing anything else, probably not.
For me, this protocol helped my body find more balance — fewer cravings, better sleep, improved cycle, and steady energy — and that’s what long-term health really looks like.
So while it’s not a “lazy” approach, it might just be a smarter one.
