Happy Mammoth Complete Gut Repair Review | My Honest Experience After 3 Months

November 4, 2025 · In: Lifestyle, Reviews

Happy Mammoth Complete Gut Repair Review

If you’ve ever dealt with gut issues like bloating, gas, or that uncomfortable heavy feeling after eating certain foods, you’ll know how frustrating (and honestly, sometimes embarrassing) it can be.

I’ve always been someone with a sensitive stomach. I have to be careful with what I eat if I want to keep my digestive system running smoothly — if you know what I mean.

There have been times when my bloating has been so bad it made me look six months pregnant. 😅 So, when I came across the Happy Mammoth Complete Gut Repair, I knew I had to give it a try.

I’ve used a few of the Happy Mammoth products before, like Hormone Harmony and the Complete Belly Reset (you can find those reviews linked below), and while their formulas aren’t cheap, I’ve generally had good experiences with their products.

Why I Tried Happy Mammoth Complete Gut Repair

Before diving in, let me say — if you have severe digestive issues, it’s always a good idea to see a medical professional and get proper testing.

I’ve done my fair share of testing myself, including a food intolerance test review, which didn’t quite go to plan but helped me identify some trigger foods that definitely make things worse.

The problem was that even when I was avoiding my triggers, my gut still felt sensitive. What I really wanted was to repair and strengthen my gut so I could enjoy food without the constant worry of bloating and discomfort.

That’s exactly what Happy Mammoth’s Complete Gut Repair claims to do — soothe the gut, reduce bloating, and restore balance so your body can handle more foods naturally again.

What Is Happy Mammoth Complete Gut Repair?

This formula is designed to repair the gut lining, reduce inflammation, and rebalance digestion using a blend of collagen peptides, amino acids, prebiotic fibre, and antioxidants.

Unlike probiotic-heavy supplements (which can sometimes cause even more bloating for sensitive stomachs), this one takes a gentler approach — giving your gut the nutrients it needs to heal without overloading it.

🔍 Key Ingredients and How They Work

Let’s break down what’s actually in The Complete Gut Repair, because I think understanding why each ingredient is there helps you see how it all works together.

1️⃣ Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides (PEPTIPLUS® XB)

You’ve probably heard about collagen for skin, hair, and nails — but collagen is also essential for rebuilding tissue, including the gut lining.

Your digestive tract is made up of connective tissue, and collagen can help repair and strengthen that gut wall.
Studies show that collagen peptides can support the mucosal barrier and reduce intestinal permeability (Mariette Abrahams , Rochez O’Grady , Janne Prawitt  2022).

For women over 40 (like me!), it’s also a great way to boost protein intake while supporting skin and joint health.

2️⃣ L-Glycine

Glycine is an amino acid that occurs naturally in collagen, but this formula adds extra to enhance its anti-inflammatory and soothing effects.

When your gut is irritated by certain foods, inflammation and discomfort follow. Glycine helps calm that reaction, reduce gut inflammation, and promote healing (Journal of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition, 2017).

3️⃣ Liposomal Vitamin C (PureWay-C®)

Vitamin C isn’t just for immunity — it’s essential for collagen absorption and synthesis.
This liposomal form is more bioavailable, meaning your body can absorb and use it more efficiently.

It helps the collagen in this formula actually do its job, while also adding antioxidant protection and supporting immune function.

4️⃣ Prebiotic Fibruline® (Inulin from Chicory Root)

This one feeds your good gut bacteria.

Inulin acts as a prebiotic fibre, which means it helps nourish the beneficial bacteria already in your gut and supports smoother digestion.

It’s also much gentler than probiotics — perfect if you tend to react badly to probiotic supplements.
Studies have shown that inulin can improve digestion and reduce bloating (Frontiers in Microbiology, 2021).

5️⃣ Natural Vanilla Bean & Stevia Leaf Extract

Finally, the natural vanilla flavour makes it super easy to mix into water, smoothies, or coffee — without artificial sweeteners or fillers.

My Experience After 3 Months of Use

I’ve been taking the Happy Mammoth Complete Gut Repair pretty consistently for about three months now, and the difference has been huge.

1. Bloating Has Dramatically Reduced

This was my biggest win.

Before, by the end of the day, I could look (and feel) like I was six months pregnant. Within just a few weeks, my bloating reduced significantly. Over time, I noticed that even foods like bread and wheat, which used to set me off, now cause minimal issues.

Now, when I do get bloated, it’s clear that it’s hormonal rather than digestive — which is a major improvement for me.

2. Gentle on My Stomach (No Initial Bloat!)

When I tried the Complete Belly Reset, it made me incredibly bloated and gassy at first.
This one? Much gentler.

I’ll be honest — there was a little more “flatulence” than usual at the beginning (my kids definitely noticed 😅), but after a few weeks, my digestion settled completely.

3. Better Food Tolerance

Since taking this, I’ve noticed that I can handle more foods without the usual discomfort.
I’ve been away on holidays, had the occasional beer (which I know is a big trigger for me), and still felt fine — just a lot more resilient overall.

4. Collagen & Vitamin C Are a Bonus

I used to take separate collagen and vitamin C supplements, but now I don’t need to.
This one includes both — saving me money and time — and it contributes to my daily protein intake as well.

How I Take It

I take one scoop every morning in my smoothie, usually alongside Happy Mammoth Hormone Harmony, and I find that combination works really well for me.

Between the collagen, vitamin C, and prebiotic fibre, it’s a simple, all-in-one way to support gut health and hormone balance without feeling overloaded with supplements.

Product Quality and Testing

One thing I really like about Happy Mammoth is their focus on quality.

There’s a lot of concern lately about supplements (especially protein powders) containing heavy metals like lead.
Happy Mammoth actually tests their products for heavy metals and contaminants, which gives me peace of mind that I’m taking something safe and high quality.

Cost & Discount

It’s definitely a premium supplement — one tub costs around €60, though you can save if you subscribe.

I also have a 15% discount code for my followers — use HAPPYEMMA at checkout if you want to try it.

My Honest Thoughts – Is It Worth It?

For me, absolutely.

After years of uncomfortable bloating and digestive flare-ups, I finally feel like I’m in control again. My gut feels calmer, my digestion more consistent, and my body more balanced overall.

Has it made me lose weight? Not really — but that’s not the main goal here.
The goal is to heal your gut so your body can function better, absorb nutrients, and feel good again.

And that’s exactly what I’ve experienced.

Of course, supplements alone aren’t magic — you still need to pair them with good nutrition and mindful eating habits — but as part of a healthy lifestyle, this has been a total game-changer for me.

What’s the best fat burning exercise? Something What’s the best fat burning exercise? Something I get asked a lot. And really there isn’t one, some may even say running but here is why strength training should be a priority as a woman over 40 if you are in a mission to lose body fat 👇👇

Muscle is what keeps your metabolic engine healthy. And as we age we start to lose it. Meaning your goal should be at the very least to maintain the muscle you have.

Not only will it help you maintain your curves and prevent you looking flat and saggy as you lose body fat

But strength training will help you maintain strength, functionality, maintain your youth, avoid injury, keep your metabolism stoked and keeps you out if the nursing home.

Strength training is for longevity as much as it is asthetics.

Your old lady body will thank you for it.

Want to look and feel better in 2026??

Determined to stick with your diet & fitness goals Determined to stick with your diet & fitness goals this year? You’re not alone! January motivation feels great — until life gets in the way. But consistency (not perfection!) is where the magic happens.

Here are 7 shifts that will help you make your goals actually stick (no crash diets or burnout required). Here’s the gist👇 👇

1. Set Clear & Realistic Goals
Skip vague resolutions like “eat healthier” or “get fit”. Set specific, measurable habits — like “walk 20 mins daily” or “add veg to every meal”. When it’s clear, it’s achievable.

2. Plan, Schedule & Notice Where You Are
Structure helps consistency thrive! Block out workouts & meals in your calendar — treat them like important appointments.

3. Build Habits Slowly
Trying to do it all at once is overwhelming and unsustainable. Pick one or two small habits, make them automatic, then add the next. Tiny changes = big results over time.

4. Find Your Support System
Accountability makes sticking with goals easier — friends, family, coaches, or a community who gets it. Movement feels better when you’re not doing it alone!

5. Track Your Progress
Track more than weight. Journals, mood, strength gains, consistency streaks — these wins keep you motivated when the scale doesn’t budge.

6. Start Even When It’s Messy
f you wait for perfect timing… you might never start! Progress isn’t tidy — start in the chaos and keep moving forward anyway.

7. Treat Health as Self-Care
Health isn’t just aesthetic — it’s self-care. When you shift your mindset from “dieting” to “nourishing”, caring for yourself becomes something you want to do, not something you have to do.

Remember: Life happens — but small consistent steps still add up. You don’t have to be perfect — you just have to show up again tomorrow.

Tell me: What’s one habit you’re focusing on this week? 👇

Want support to make those habits stick? I’m here for you ❤️

Before you rush into new goals… pause for a mome Before you rush into new goals… pause for a moment 🤍

I love the end of year to take a moment to slow down and reflect.
Not to judge the year or beat yourself up about it, but to pull out some of the good stuff, but most of all understand it.

Some of the questions I always come back to are:

• What actually worked for me this year?
• What drained my energy more than I realised?
• Which habits genuinely improved my life?
• Where do I feel balanced — and where do I feel stretched thin?

Because here’s the thing…

Better goals don’t come from pressure.

They come from clarity.

I’ve written a full blog post walking you through the exact reflection questions I use every year, calm, honest, and realistic for real life.

💬 Comment “GOALS” or drop me a DM if you’d like the full reflection guide.
