If you have the instinct to do something 5,4,3,2,1 get up and go do it before your brain talks you out of it. 

Be an action taker.

But sometimes just giving it a go will make you feel better

Get your steps in, drink your water, get enough sleep, train at least 3 times a week and most of all NUTRITION!! Eat less shit and if you want to lose weight be in a small calorie deficit.
