I am back from my holidays feeling well rested and I am back from my holidays feeling well rested and ready to get back to feel good practices and really make progress in the final quarter of the year. 

I always love this time of year to kick things up a notch and feel like I am finishing the year on high note.

And with my own PCOS diagnosis it is ever becoming clearer that gut health has to be a priority as it's certainly something that has been a feature in my own health with some incredible bloating that has been taking place.
