Ingredients
  

  • 135 gram rolled oats
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 30 gram chocolate of vanilla whey protein powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 120 gram plain greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted could also use butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup optional

Instructions
 

  • Put the oats into a blender and blend until a fine powder.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and blend together until completely smooth
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add a dash of coconut oil to grease the pan. Cook ΒΌ cup portions of the pancakes for about 2 minutes on the first side and 1 minute on the other side.
  • Be careful not to overcook the pancakes or they will become rubbery.
  • Enjoy with your favourite topping.
